With over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Karen E. Frey founded KEF Consulting to aid organizations and their employees in managing stress, promoting health, and providing overall wellness education. Karen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s Degree in Health Administration/Health Education from St. Joseph’s University. She also received her certification as a worksite wellness program consultant through the National Wellness Institute and Webmd in July 2007.
